Weekly Video Breakdown​s

With mechanical breakdowns, voiceovers, and side-by-sides with MLB players, your coach will walk you through exactly what to fix on regularly scheduled video calls and analyses. Here are a couple samples to get an idea: Sample 12 and 3.

We coach athletes at all levels. Our athletes are defined by their willingness to dream big. Tread Athletics gives these dreams a structured plan to help make them a reality. It’s a relationship built for the long-term and an opportunity to take ownership of your own story with the help of a world class coaching experience.

Our coaching plans are highly adaptable. We will tailor your training protocols around whatever constraints are in place. We will review this detailed process over the phone!

Our plans are built with a 365-day experience in mind. Your plan will evolve throughout the year, whether it’s the heart of the off-season or in-season, there are still significant opportunities to leverage your time. 

Interestingly enough, we've found that in-season there’s a greater need for guidance with less margin for error. Our ability to calibrate your routines and pivot when necessary allows you to be confident in your short and long-term outlooks.

We do! About 10% of our athletes are position players. We still individualize your plan based on your goals (such as sprinting speed, position-specific arm strength and hitting power).

We structure all of your training, throwing, nutrition and mobility work, including step-by-step videos, sets, reps, etc. You provide the work ethic; we will provide the plan. You will communicate regularly with your assigned coach via email, video chat and text.

We start by collecting as much information as possible about you, including a total body movement & mechanical assessment, athlete questionnaires, and more. This information will then be used to tailor your training experience to your most pressing needs. 

Our training plans are designed to account for equipment limitations. The base equipment needs include a gym for training (think Anytime Fitness), a place to throw (backyard, football field, public park) and access to a pitcher's mound.

We highly recommended additions include a set of weighted/plyocare balls, a set of bands and access to a radar gun and throwing partner. That’s it!

We work with professional, college and high school athletes. Due to the nature of remote training, which requires highly motivated and engaged athletes, our general cutoff is set at 14-years-old.
