MERCH FAQ'S

Our current processing time is 5 to 7 business days. Orders will ship from our facility within that timeframe. Once the carrier receives the order, it will take an additional 2 to 5 business days. 

All orders ship USPS (First Class, Advantage, or Priority Mail).

Estimated Delivery Times

1 to 3 Business Days – USPS Priority Mail

2 to 5 Business Days – USPS First Class and Advantage

After completing the checkout process, you'll be given a URL to the order status page. You can check the status of your order from there.

Once we've fulfilled your order, you'll also receive an email with the tracking number where you can view the status of your package from the carrier's website. 

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, send a detailed message to [email protected]. 

  • If you wish to edit an order, provide the changes you want to make in the email.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please provide the reason for the cancellation. 

We cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or canceled. We will access your request and get back to you soon!
