Frequently asked questions

Here are some of the questions we get asked most.

Our athletes commit to 12-months of guidance, with a one-time assessment fee and the option to pay annually or in monthly installments.

There are also hybrid training options available, with separate pricing for in-house visits.

Pricing varies based on a number of factors, so for an accurate answer, please reach out.

Yes. Nearly all of our remote athletes have pre-existing team programs, practice schedules, and obligations that we take into account.

We will tailor your training protocols around whatever constraints are in place and work with your existing team/coaches when necessary to provide a solution that works with your program.

While many athletes train entirely remotely, the majority plan multiple in-house visits to Charlotte each calendar year. These visits are an opportunity to utilize our in-house technology, connect with other like-minded pitchers, experience the environment and build a closer relationship with your coach.

Book a call to learn more about these options, which can range from one-day visits to an entire year for local or gap-year players.

Yes. Our plans are built with a 365-day experience in mind.

We’ve found that in-season there’s a greater need for guidance, with less margin for error. The emphasis in-season shifts to optimizing for in-game performance. This includes monitoring and providing feedback on mechanics, pitch shapes, recovery training sessions, strength maintenance, game planning, outing reviews, mental preparation, and more.

That said, we also have options to Pre-Register, so even if you don’t plan to start until a specific date, schedule a call to reserve a spot in advance.

Your coach can adjust your plan to whatever equipment you have available, whether you’re on the road, with your team or training in your basement.

Generally, you will want a gym for training (barbells & dumbbells at a minimum), a place to throw, and access to a pitcher’s mound.

We highly recommend a set of plyocare balls, a set of bands, access to a radar gun, and a throwing partner.

We work with professional, college and high school athletes. Due to the nature of remote training, we do not recommend our service for athletes younger than high school age.

We do! About 10% of our athletes are position players. We still individualize your plan based on your goals (such as sprinting speed, position-specific arm strength and hitting power).
