MEDIA INQUIRIES

Thank you for your interest in Tread Athletics. To ensure a smooth and organized experience, all outside requests for access to the facility, or to feature or interview Tread staff, must be submitted and approved in advance.

Please follow the guidelines below for submitting a media inquiry:

1) Submitting an Inquiry

Inquiries must be submitted via our online Media Request Form.

This form will ask for details about your organization, intended purpose for the visit or request, and preferred dates. You can access the form here.

2) Approval Process

After submitting the form, our media relations team will review your request. You will receive a confirmation email, typically within 1-3 business days. If we are able to accommodate your visit, we will provide additional details regarding your visit, including any necessary security protocols and facility guidelines.

Important Guidelines

  • Advance Notice: Requests must be submitted at least 5 days in advance of the desired visit date.
  • Interviews and Filming: Any interviews or filming inside the facility must be pre-approved. Please indicate in your request if you intend to conduct interviews or shoot video footage.
  • Equipment: Only approved equipment (e.g., cameras, microphones, tripods) is allowed on-site. Please ensure all equipment is listed in your media request form.
