HOW MUCH DOES TREAD ATHLETICS COST?
We charge an assessment fee and a monthly fee after you sign up. Once a part of the #treadfam you get access to weekly videocalls with your coach, video evaluations, customized training blocks, mobility drills, and explanatory videos to properly complete each lift and mobility exercise.
No stone is left unturned with our highly detailed assessment for new athletes. We measure every metric in player strength, speed, power, and mobility that is necessary to pitch at a high level.
At Tread, we believe in constantly tracking and evaluating our athletes. We remove the guesswork on improvement.

At Tread, we believe in consistent tracking, evaluation and communication, removing the guesswork from your career.
Our athletes commit to 12-months of guidance, with a one-time assessment fee and the option to pay annually or in monthly installments.
Once registered, you will be matched with a best-fit coach from our staff of 50+ full-time Performance Coaches.Â
By joining our remote coaching, you also gain the ability to schedule visits to our facility in Charlotte, NC to work hands-on with your Performance Coach and the rest of our team.

We work with professional, college and high school athletes. Due to the nature of remote training, which requires highly motivated and engaged athletes, our general cutoff is set at 14-years-old.
You're not alone. Nearly all of our remote athletes from high school through pro have pre-existing training programs, practice schedules, and obligations that we take into account.
We will tailor your training protocols around whatever constraints are in place, and work with your existing team/coaches when necessary to provide a tailored solution that works with your program.

Our plans are built with a 365-day experience in mind.
Interestingly enough, we've found that in-season there’s a greater need for guidance, with less margin for error.
That said, we also have options to Pre-Register, so even if you don't plan to start until a specific date, feel free to schedule a call to reserve a spot in advance.
As described in this video, Tread's remote coaching is your all-in-one solution to taking the guesswork out of your career.
You provide the work ethic; we will provide the guidance. Our coaches will program your throwing, pitch design, strength and conditioning, mobility, nutrition, mental work and more.
You will communicate regularly with your assigned coach via email, video chat, and text, and have the ability to book optional visits to our training facility in Charlotte, NC, as needed.
College players will also be eligible to throw in our annual private Transfer Portal Showcase, while Pro free agents will be eligible to throw in our annual private Winter Pro Day, at no extra charge.

We start by collecting as much information as possible about you, including a total body movement & mechanical assessment, athlete questionnaires, and more. This information will then be used to tailor your training experience to your most pressing needs.Â
Your coach can adjust your plan to whatever equipment you have available, whether you're on the road, with your team or training in your basement.
Generally, you will want a gym for training (barbells & dumbbells at a minimum), a place to throw (backyard, football field, public park) and access to a pitcher's mound.
We highly recommend a set of weighted/plyocare balls, a set of bands, and access to a radar gun and throwing partner.

We do! About 10% of our athletes are position players. We still individualize your plan based on your goals (such as sprinting speed, position-specific arm strength and hitting power).
