TAP BELL CLUB

The TAP Bell Clubs (aka "Indian Clubs") are a great tool for warming up a thrower's shoulder. They also serve a valuable purpose for various patterning drills to improve throwing mechanics. We primarily use the lowest weight (1kg) with our throwers. You can find lighter options (we use 1lb as well) on Amazon. See our review below.
